Survey shows 1 in 10 children aged 3 have tooth decay :-(

You may have seen on the news this morning that studies have shown that more than 1 in 10 children aged 3 have tooth decay. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-29413906)

By lowering your child's intake of sugary foods and drinks this shocking statistic can be avoided.

Fruit juices are a good source of fruit (1 of your 5 a day) but limit them to just meal times to avoid tooth exposure to sugar.

Ever wondered how much sugar the drinks you and your children are drinking contain? This very visual picture of sugar content should make you think twice... sugar is the number one cause of decay!
